Completed in Quarter 2, 2024, involved the project involved the  construction of 91 no. superb and high specification apartments over 2 blocks in a sought-after South Dublin residential location comprising: 49 no. one bed, 38 no. two bed and 4 no. three bed apartments, with 71 car parking spaces and 198 bicycle spaces.
