The project consisted of the refurbishment and change of use of an existing banking hall and offices to ground floor restaurant and construction of 3 high end apartment units. The existing banking hall is a protected structure which had to be refurbished in line with best conservation practice and incorporated into the design for the new development. MGM Partnership provided quantity surveying services on the project from feasibility stage through to completion. The project was completed in line with the Clients budget parameters and on programme.
