Description:

This project consists of the construction of a 111 bed nursing home over 6500m2 including all services, commercial kitchen, basement, alarms and associated siteworks.  MGM Partnership are currently providing Quantity Surveying Services to both the Developer and the Main Contractor on this partnering project, including liaison with project funders and monitors .  The project is due to be completed in 2023.
